Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

If you miss a session without notice or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full session fee unless the absence is due to circumstances beyond your control. Efforts will be made to reschedule the appointment if possible.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are problematic because it is unlikely that the appointment slot can be filled on short notice. Your therapist structures their working day to include your appointment, dedicating time and resources to prepare for your session. This policy helps to ensure the efficient use of the therapist’s time and maintain the availability of services for all clients.
