Welcome
Hi, my name is Roslyn Gray and I am an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I offer a warm, professional and safe space to work through any difficulties you may be going through.
I provide therapy in person, video call or by telephone, and I work with adults, children, older adults and young people.
Practice Description
I have a wide range of experience working with children and adults. I offer an integrated approach with skills and qualifications in both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness. With these approaches, I offer sessions tailored to meet your individual needs.
My First Session
Please email or phone to arrange a free video or telephone consultation. This 20 minute consultation will offer the opportunity for you to share a bit about yourself and find out more about the therapeutic process. I will tell you about my experience and approach, and answer any questions you may have.
